2. Digital Products & Delivery
All digital licenses and product keys are delivered exclusively via email.
Once your order is confirmed and payment approved, our team begins processing it immediately.
Most orders are fulfilled within 1 hour, although in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours depending on system or payment verification.
After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your product key and activation instructions, sent to the email address used during checkout.
3. Important Notice
Please note that all product keys sold on Diginity are digital goods.
Once a key has been delivered by email, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
These items cannot be resold or revoked once activated.
However, our refund and replacement policy ensures customer protection in specific cases listed below.
4. No Refunds Will Be Issued In The Following Cases
Refunds or replacements cannot be provided under the following circumstances:
The customer places an incorrect order or fails to verify product details before purchase.
The customer experiences poor internet connectivity preventing download or installation.
The customer lacks sufficient technical knowledge to install or activate the software.
The customer fails to report activation issues within 15 days of purchase.
Issues related to third-party account passwords (e.g., Office 365) after the first password reset.
Microsoft Office phone activations or manual activation errors not caused by Diginity.
If a product key does not activate, Diginity will provide a replacement key within the policy timeframe.
The customer must send a full-screen screenshot showing the error message, current date, and time to our support team at 📧 support@diginity.com
